On May 4, team members of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project Iryna Sukhova, Oleksiy Sukhov and Natalya Kovtun visited the Center of Sociological and Psychological Support “Breath of Hope Mission” in Maryinka city of the Donetsk Region. The Center supports families living in ATO zone and experiencing significant stress and lack of elementary means of survival (wood, food and hygiene products).
Renovations in the premises, which had been allocated by the City Administration for the Center, have not been finished yet, but the Center has already started its work. The employees of the Center organise workshops for children, disseminate humanitarian supplies, provide psychological consultations and register the children to the summer camp “Caramel” near Kyiv. The camp is planned as a part of the Phase V of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project.
