Help children overcome
the trauma of war
We are raising funds to run the “Children and War. Teaching Recovery Techniques” therapy courses for children affected by war.
Every contribution is a step toward the psychological recovery of a child living in wartime conditions.
Donations will be used for:
– conducting therapy sessions with children;
– training specialists in the “Children and War. Teaching Recovery Techniques” methodology;
– coordinating the program in regions across Ukraine.
How your donation helps:
90 USD (equivalent of 77 EUR or 3,790 UAH) – a complete psychological recovery course for one child (seven weekly group sessions), including group sessions, supervision for group leaders, training materials, all necessary supplies, and an individual therapeutic kit for the child to use after completing the course;
35 USD (equivalent of 30 EUR or 1,470 UAH) – a therapeutic kit for one child (creative materials, backpack, blanket, book, and other useful items), provided after completing the course so the child can continue practicing with a sense of care and support;
15 USD (equivalent of 13 EUR or 630 UAH) – stationery, supplies, and handout materials for one child to use during group sessions, making the them meaningful and engaging.
The “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project has been implemented since 2015.
