“Children and War: Teaching Revcovery Techniques” therapy course has been held for two groups of children in Selidove, Donetsk region within the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project. Olena Havyada and Maryna Fedosenko, who were trained in “Children and War” method in autumn 2017 in Slovyansk, conducted therapy sessions for 24 girls, students of Selidove vocational school. In late March Ira Sukhova, project leader and chief psychologist, visited the groups in order to provide support and supervision for the trainers.
The funds for the therapy in Donetsk region were raised during “Gala of HOPE” charity concert held in June 2017 in Zurich, Switzerland. It was organised by “HOPE worldwide Zurich” and “u l t r a S c h a l l” ensemble.
