On October 9-11 the Donbas Pedagogical University hosted the “Children and War: Teaching Recovery Techniques” training held within the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project. Students of the university as well as volunteers and psychologists (including those working at schools) from different cities of the Donetsk region – Slovyansk, Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, Maryinka, Maksymilianivka, Krasnohorivka – took part in the training. The atmosphere of the event was warm and cozy, everyone felt the desire to help others.
The funds for the training in Slovyansk were raised during “Gala of HOPE” charity concert held in June 2017 in Zurich, Switzerland. It was organised by “HOPE worldwide Zurich” and “u l t r a S c h a l l” ensemble.
