On March 6, the volunteers from our Foundation came to Kyiv Geriatric Nursing Home to greet its residents with Women’s Day. Entering the nursing home for the first time one might wonder to talk to the elderly about, whether they will want to listen, whether they will want my help. The truth is – everyone who resides in the nursing home has lived a long and complicated life. Therefore, they value people’s attention and care the most. The elderly are always asking the volunteers “How do you find time to visit us, you have busy lives!” After the concert, everyone thanked the volunteers for their attention and care, for spiritual support and time they spent in the nursing home. We thank everyone who joined us and helped to organize this event!
