On November 23, young volunteers from M.A.D. project organized the guiding tour around Kyiv historical sites for the residents of Kyiv Geriatric Nursing Home (Kyiv, Budarina st., 11). For most of the elderly, this guiding tour has become a special long-awaited event. For the last years they have had limited possibilities to go outside the nursing home and spend quality time in the city. We express our gratitude to our guide Vladyslava for interesting information and positive atmosphere during the tour. A comfortable bus provided by the volunteers added to the general mood, which turned a usual autumn day into great impressions and memories. Thus, even a small action of one person can mean a lot in life of the other person.
