Iryna Sukhova, coordinator-psychologist of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project, presented the project at the 19th annual International Exhibition “Education and Career – 2016”. The event took place on April 14-16 in the National Centre for Business and Cultural Cooperation “Ukrainian House” in Kyiv with the support and participation of the Institute of Educational Content Modernization of the Ministry for Education and Science of Ukraine and National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
Iryna told about Foundation’s activities and projects during one of the side-events of the exhibition – workshop “Priority Directions of Social and Pedagogical Work Regarding Children Rights Protection in Educational Establishments”. In particular, Iryna Sukhova presented results of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project: near 100 children went through psychological rehabilitation with “Children and War. Teaching Recovery Techniques” program, over 80 psychologists in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Ivano-Frankivsk and Odesa were trained to work with the manual and the program.
