On August 31, team members of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project met with representatives of the “Breath of Hope Mission” charity organization in Maryinka, Donetsk region. At the meeting Ira Sukhova, project psychologist and leader, and Oleh Tkachenko, representative of the “Breath of Hope Mission” charity organization, discussed the plans to organize another recreational and rehabilitation camp in Lviv region in autumn 2017 for children from “red” and “grey” zone of war. They also discussed the upcoming “Children and War: Teaching Recovery Techniques” therapy sessions in Maryinka and Krasnohorivka to be held in autumn this year. The working meeting with the new partner organization – NGO “Way to Liberation” took place on September 01 in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. The organization works with youth; it also delivers humanitarian aid and food to the poor in local canteen.
