In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, in the premises of our partners – the organization “Poruch” (“Nearby”) – classes for children under the program “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques” are conducted by an interesting pair of trainers. These are mother and daughter – Leila Kravchenko and Valeria Khorunzhaya. Valeria is a first-year student at the Faculty of Psychology, and her mother supports her daughters in everything. Her eldest daughter Kristina became a trainer of the “Children and War” program two years ago and is very actively working on this method in Kramatorsk schools with her colleagues. The topic of healing from the trauma of war is very urgent for this territorial area, so self-help techniques in dealing with fear, stress and obsessive memories are extremely relevant and necessary. We wish all trainers and participants effective and useful work!
