The first trip in 2015 to the boarding school in Velykopolovetske village took place on January 17. The greetings and warm hugs have immediately created a special holiday atmosphere. After the greetings, all participants were divided into three groups.
Kids from primary school classes played games with balloons and learned how to make paper cranes origami under the guidance of Iryna Klepykova.
Kids from middle school classes were rehearsing a play, coordinated by Bohdan Dykyi. The rehearsal was funny and energetic. At the same time, the high school pupils took part in the ‘Accept Yourself’ training of the ‘Equal to Equal’ project, conducted by Snizhana Volokh. After the learning activities, all children gathered in the playing hall and watched the play together.
Before the trip, the volunteers dropped by the Hospital #2 in Vorzel and picked up 2 boys from the boarding school who stayed there for treatment.
