On May 18, in Svatovo, Lugansk region, certificates were awarded to the coaches of the program “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques”. 12 new specialists received certificates and small gifts. In a warm atmosphere, summing up with a smile recalled the comic situations in the classroom, as well as anxieties and experiences at the beginning of the project about how the program will go and how the citizens of Svatovo will accept it. We discussed the relevance and effectiveness of the techniques for the children of the city, noting separately the possibility of their use for children with special needs. We talked about plans for the autumn and the fervent desire of new coaches to continue working in schools and cooperating with the project “Helping Hand for Ukraine” of the “HOPE Worldwide Ukraine” charity foundation.
Thanks to the efforts of this team in the spring of 2019, 60 children and 45 parents received psychological help. Well done! Great job!
