On November 28, as part of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project, a supervision of one of the classes “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques” at school No. 16 of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. The coaches Larisa Sushko and Viktoria Yanovskaya are engaged here with 4th grade students. Psychologists from Kiev came to support children and specialists – Irina and Alexey Sukhovs. In the lesson using the “Thermometer of Fear” scale, the children learned to measure their internal state, and also did exercises to relax their muscles, encouraged themselves with positive “I-statements” and, of course, played a lot. They really like the training. They talk about everything that they do here, to their classmates and acquaintances, and they, in turn, do not give way to school psychologist Larisa Sushko, bombarding her with questions, when will they be able to come to classes, because there are so many useful and interesting things. We wish fruitful work to all members of the group – in present and future!
