On November 13-15, 2017, trainers’ team of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project held a “Children and War: Teaching Recovery Techniques” training in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region. The event was held at the school-lyceum #11. 16 school psychologists and social educators of the city participated in the training. During the training everyone enjoyed a friendly and warm atmosphere, because both the participants and the trainers were highly motivated. Psychologists will soon be able to apply their acquired knowledge and practical exercises in their work with children who have survived a military conflict. The funds for the therapy in Kostyantynivka were raised in USA by “HOPE worldwide” charitable organization.
