Children gained knowledge about the symptoms in the body that occur after stress. Practicing how to deal with it. They drew their fears, learned relaxation practices and positive “I-affirmations.” We imagined a “safe place”. We drew, discussed dreams, as well as a positive ending to sleep. And they also listened attentively and supported each other! Thank you for your trust!”
