Classes under the program “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques” are held at school №2 in the village of Cherkasskoe, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. Young coaches Victoria Kurskaya and Olga Lunyaka teach children self-help techniques to overcome fears, anxiety, intrusive memories and nightmares. Children are happy to come to classes, they like the communication, the atmosphere of the group, and most importantly, the practical exercises, which already now give results and improve the physical and emotional state of each participant.
