On December 22, in the framework of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project in the Rubezhnoye, Lugansk region, in secondary school No. 3, the classes on the program “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques”. Both groups, children and parents, were successful, in a warm atmosphere of kindness, sincerity and acceptance. Despite the difficult topics, work with the trauma of war and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), there were a lot of positive emotions and supporting time. We hope that the skills and practices acquired in the classroom to work with fears and stress will continue to be used by children and adults alike. Many thanks to coaches Tatiana Oboyanskaya and Elena Melnichenko – thanks for your professionalism, caring hearts and faith in the best that you so generously shared with each participant!
