On October 19, warm clothes, baby food, hygiene products and other humanitarian aid have been collected for the forced migrants in Berdyansk (more than 300 people, mostly women and children). More than 1 ton of aid has been collected! We are thankful to everyone who joined the action.
From a thankful note by Oksana Lukashenko, one of the women who live in the camp: “We want to thank all generous people who took part in this action. A mother of 4 children, I am grateful to all of you for your quick and generous response to our request. We received the products and clothes – in these difficult times every assistance and support are appreciated. All mothers who live here in the camp pass the greetings to you and the words of gratitude. We wish you and your families, your parents and your children to be healthy and live in peace. We hope that everything will get better soon, and we will come back to our home and our families. Thank you! Best regards, Oksana Lukashenko”.
