The topic of psychological trauma and especially the trauma of war is a very difficult one. Therefore, the trainers of the program “Children and War. Teaching Recovering Techniques” work accompanied by a supervisor. In the second half of 2021, as part of the Helping Hand to Ukraine project, 20 hours of offline and online supervision meetings were held for our specialists. Such meetings are always very positive, filling and inspiring time, which enriches and motivates for development. And for novice trainers, it is especially important that, starting to work with the program, they are not left alone with questions, problems and their own fears, but can always turn to a supervisor who will support them with professional advice and a kind word. We are very grateful to the psychologist and supervisor of the “Helping Hand to Ukraine” project Irina Sukhova for the wise and caring support of our specialists. We appreciate and love!
