From November 2017 to January 2018 in Konstantinovka town (the Donetsk District) trainings by the “Children and War. Teaching Recovery Techniques” program were held. Psychological assistance was provided to 76 children and 35 adults. The photo shows group training for children from the gymnasia and the public school of the 1st grade, and the supervision for trainers that was held by Irina Sukhova, the psychologist and the manager of the “Helping Hand for Ukraine” project that includes this program. The children learnt self-concept exercise and relaxation techniques that would help to overcome fears and anxiety.
