On November 28, the volunteers of “HOPE worldwide Ukraine” Charity Foundation visited students of the Trypillya Boarding School. Traditionally, everyone greeted those who had birthdays in November and enjoyed the performances during the concert program. After the festive greetings children and volunteers went to classes.
Together with the Superbook and Robik, the kids from primary school learned what ‘friendship’ is and how to be friendly. They played games and drew. 5-6 grades’ pupils made beautiful and original decorations: colored clothespin door wreaths and snowmen from socks.
High school boys from the “Man of the House” club continued the repairs under the supervision of the Foundation’s volunteers. Cozy and nice home is the main incentive for members of the club.
And high school girls from the “Women Club” continued to discuss the topic of femininity. This time they learned how to be great hostesses: they made sandwiches for the repairs team form the “Man of the House” club and cooked a pudding in the multi cooker. Also, Anna Lyudna, a volunteer-psychologist from the Foundation, conducted an interesting training on “How to Deal with Fears and Nightmares”.
The trip to Trypillya added diversity to the daily routine in the boarding school and inspired volunteers for further activities.
